The Highlands Ice Rink opened earlier this winter adjacent to the Kelsey Hutchinson Park thanks to the contributions of Art and Angela Williams. The Highlands Ice Rink will be Thursday – Sundays through Feb 14, weather permitting. Cost for skates and use is five dollars and is open to the general public. The Highlands Ice Rink can accomodate plenty of skaters both young and old. The Highlands Recreation Center is responsible for the highlands ice rink and may be contacted for hours of operation.
